Founded in 1997, the firm has substantial experience in handling a wide variety of sophisticated criminal and civil matters in state and federal courts across the United States. The firm's litigation practice group is composed of former senior federal prosecutors for the United States Attorney's Office and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and seasoned commercial and personal injury trial lawyers.
